Every things are terrible

Every things were terrible and dirty Rooms were very small Equipments were very weak Reception was very terrible It is not like hotel, breakfast was just one dish contain a piece of cheese , a piece of salamy, jam,honey But the location was good We had to change hotel after one night

this hotel location was really perfect to close Istiklal Square as well as Taksim. As regards Taksim and Sishane metro station might take few minutes via walking. For the hotel and its features were really nice. I used to stay this hotel 4 nights and I was feeling to stay in my flat. Everything was nice. The bathroom kitchen washing machine and the other utensils was quite nice to think of. I used to be really amazed to stay in there thanks for everybody who are still working this hotel. I would like to evince my best gratitude to Mrs. Muzeyyen to get interested in the clients.

The location is more than perfect! 1 min walking distance from Taksim Square and Istiklal Street. You don't hear that much noise from the bars and nightclubs. It was clean overall. Staff is also cooperative, but slight communication issues with English. Poor breakfast, it wasn't buffet.

The staff are very nice and helpful. However, the room is unbelievably small, the bathroom is horribly tight and without commentaries. The breakfast was mediocre and there was no coffee to be found. For this price there are better places to stay

We did a reservation for 3 persons and they promise to give us the big room so we paid a deposit. While arriving the receptionist was surprised and they cheated us wz a small one and didn’t refund money.
